NTL VOLLEYBALL: LADY WARRIORS EARN SEASON-OPENING SWEEP OF TROY (2024-08-27)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportTROY — The Williamson volleyball team opened their season at Troy on Tuesday and swept the host Lady Trojans 3-0.
Williamson won three straight sets .. 25-20, 25-14 and 25-23.
Setter Raegan VanGorden collected 23 assists in the match and added three kills and two aces, while Leah Earle and Abby Gehman each recorded nine kills, with Earle adding three aces and six digs and Gehman serving a pair of aces.
Libero Joelle Stephens had 15 digs and had 10 service points, while Olivia Gee had seven points and three digs, Olivia Nolan had two kills, two digs and an ace and Aubrey Wells had a kill , a dig, an assist and a block.
Williamson is set to return to action on Thursday when they host Towanda.
