NTL GIRLS SOCCER: WILLIAMSON BLANKED BY ATHENS (2024-09-04)

ATHENS — Williamson lost their third straight game, losing to Athens 2-0 here Wednesday afternoon in NTL girls soccer action at Alumni Stadium.

Athens had a 12-6 advantage in shots-on-goal over the Lady Warriors and a 4-2 edge in corner kicks.

Warrior keeper Ashley Woodring recorded 10 saves in goal.

Williamson, now 1-3, returns to action Saturday when it hosts Wellsboro at 10 a.m.
