NTL VOLLEYBALL: WELLSBORO SWEEPS VISITING LADY RAMS TO STAY UNDEFEATED (2024-09-05) Northern Tier West Sports Report WELLSBORO — The Lady Hornets remained unbeaten on the season, sweeping Wyalusing 3-0 to move to 4-0 on the year.
Wellsboro won 25-12, 25-23 and 25-16.
Sophomore Madison Cruttenden led the team with 20 points (5 aces) and 15 digs while sophomore Blake Eckart had 12 digs, 6 points (1 ace) and 2 kills, senior Paige Logsdon had 9 points (5 aces) and 2 kills, senior Lexi Urena had 7 kills, junior Taylor Main had 9 assists and sophomore Ellie Largey had 2 assists. Logsdon had 2 solo and 2 assisted blocks and junior LeAnna Fuentes recorded 2 assisted blocks.
The Lady Hornets are back in action next Tuesday at North Penn-Liberty.
