NTL VOLLEYBALL: NORTH PENN-LIBERTY DROPS SECOND STRAIGHT LEAGUE MATCH (2024-09-12)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportROME — North Penn-Liberty dropped their second-straight NTL match Thursday, falling 3-1 to Northeast Bradford in a rematch of last year’s District final.
The defending Class 2A champion Panthers earned a 25-18 first game win but Liberty pulled out a 27-25 victory in the second set. In the third and fourth sets NEB would rally, winning 25-22 and 25-20 to pull out the win.
The Mounties fall to 4-3 on the season with the loss. They’ll get a week break before returning to action next Thursday at Athens.
