Northern Tier West Sports ReportWILLIAMSPORT — Wellsboro lost their first match of the season Saturday, falling to 4A Williamsport 3-0 in a non-league volleyball match-up.
Williamsport won three straight sets .. 25-13, 25-21 and 25-20.
Paige Logsdon and Blake Eckart had two kills each and Logsdon added three blocks. Taylor Main had 10 service points, three aces, seven digs and three assists while Ellie Largey had two assists, three service points and two aces. Maddy Cruttenden had 20 digs and Eckart had eight.
The Hornets (6-1) are scheduled to visit Hughesville on Monday.
