NTL VOLLEYBALL: COWANESQUE VALLEY TOPS SAYRE FOR SECOND LEAGUE WIN (2024-09-17)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportWESTFIELD — Cowanesque Valley won their second straight match and topped Sayre for the second time this season on Tuesday, sweeping the Lady Redskins 3-0 in NTL small school volleyball action.
The Indians won three straight sets .. 25-13, 25-12 and 25-18.
Lily Vargeson had 14 assists and an ace while Lilah LaBarron had an ace and four kills and Autumn Mead had two aces and four kills.
CV (3-5) is scheduled to return to play next Tuesday at Wyalusing.
