HIGH SCHOOL BOYS SOCCER: MOUNTIES EARN NON-LEAGUE WIN OVER MUNCY (September 21, 2024)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportLIBERTY, PA — The Mounties got a first half goal from Brady Stetter and made it stand as they downed Muncy 1-0 in a non-league boys soccer tilt here Saturday.
Stetter scored at the 29:45 mark of the first period on an assist from Truman Loudenslager.
North Penn-Liberty held a 12-5 advantage in shots on goal while keeper Deakon Valentine got the clean sheet for the Mounties, making five saves.
The Mounties improve to 5-4-1 on the season with the win and will next travel to Jersey Shore on Monday.
