Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportWELLSBORO — The Lady Hornets played 100 minutes of soccer for the second straight match on Tuesday and would settle for back-to-back 0-0 draws, this time against 1-9-1 Northeast Bradford.
The Hornets tied Wyalusing 0-0 after two overtime periods in their last match, last Thursday.
NEB held a 9-7 advantage in shots on goal and a 4-3 edge in corner kicks Tuesday, while Wellsboro keeper Jadyn Dunlap recorded 9 saves in net.
Wellsboro, now 2-5-2 on the season, is scheduled to visit Towanda on Saturday at 10 a.m.
