NTL BOYS CROSS COUNTRY: HORNETS SPLIT AT TRI-MEET (2024-09-24)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportATHENS — The Wellsboro boys cross country team went 1-1 at a tri-meet at Athens Tuesday, edging Wyalusing and falling to the host Wildcats.
The Hornets tied Wyalusing 28-28 and won with their 6th runner’s place.
Max Macias was 2nd overall (17:44), followed by teammates Henry Whitney in 7th place (18:59), Lane Cosby in 11th (21:59), Henry Nowak in 17th (24:03), Jack Hammerson in 19th (25:15) and Ethan Geneski in 22nd place (29:15).
