NTL VOLLEYBALL: WILLIAMSON ROLLS TO 3-0 SWEEP OF REDSKINS (2024-09-26)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportTIOGA JUNCTION — The Williamson volleyball team got back on track after losing their first match of the season earlier this week, cruising to a 3-set sweep of the visiting Sayre Lady Redskins Thursday night.
The Lady Warriors won 25-8, 25-9 and 25-18.
Raegan VanGorden had 17 service points with six aces for Williamson and added 22 assists and nine digs, while Abby Gehman had six kills and four points with three aces.
Leah Earle had five kills, 11 digs and seven points, Madisen Jones had 10 points with two aces and two kills, Joelie Stephens had 14 digs and 10 service points, Olivia Nolan and Aubrey Wells had two kills each and Emma Bailey had four digs, a kill and seven points with two aces.
Williamson, now 7-1 on the season, are scheduled to return to action Tuesday with a short trip to Cowanesque Valley.
