NTL VOLLEYBALL: COACHES NAME 2024 ALL-STARS (2024-11-20)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportThe NTL volleyball coaches named their volleyball all-stars recently, with a number of West players making the lists.
The Wellsboro coaches, led by Head Coach Darci Pollack, were named Staff of the Year, while Troy’s Kali Ayres is Player of the Year, NEB’s Kiarra DeLancey is the Defensive Player of the Year and Wellsboro’s Lexi Urena is the Offensive Player of the Year.
The Large School first team selections are Ayres, Urena, Wellsboro’s Paige Logsdon and Maddy Cruttenden, Troy’s Aryana Andrus, Brenna Jackson, and Marlee Stanton, Athens’ Ella Coyle, and Towanda’s Brooklyn Evans.
The second team consists of NPL’s Haley Litzelman and Kameron Lightner, Towanda’s Karis Flynn, Troy’s Josie Kerrick, Wellsboro’s Taylor Main, and Athens’ Kassie Babcock.
The Small School first team selections are DeLancey, along with teammates Toni Herb, Abby O’Connor, and Kelsea Moore. They’re joined by Canton’s Kendall Kitchen, and Williamson’s Joelie Stephens, Leah Earle and Raegan VanGorden.
On the second team are Canton’s Addilyn Pepper and Tara Gilbert, CV’s Lily Vargason, and Jesse Quick, Wyalusing’s Emily Johns, and Williamson’s Abby Gehman.
