NTWSR PRESENTS THE LAUREL HEALTH 'ATHLETES OF THE WEEK' (2024-12-15)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY, PA — The NTWSR / Laurel Health ‘Athletes of the Week’ are Williamson wrestler Zander Wilson and North Penn-Mansfield basketball player Kameron Lightner.
Lightner, a junior, finished with a double-double of 10 points and 16 rebounds and added 3 assists and 2 steals in the Lady Tigers’ 37-33 win over North Penn-Liberty.
Freshman Wilson went 6-0 on the week for Williamson .. going 4-0 to win the 108-pound title at the STWOA Holiday Classic, earning a tech fall win against Towanda and a forfeit win at Athens.
