NTWSR PRESENTS THE 2024 ALL-TIOGA COUNTY FEMALE 'SUPER 7' NEWCOMERS OF THE FALL (2024-12-16)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY, PA — The All-Tioga County ‘SUPER 7’ Female Newcomers of the Fall list is highlighted by Cowanesque Valley freshman XC runner Natalie Yonker.
CV’s Natalie Yonker just missed the medal stand at the PIAA Cross-country Championships, taking 33rd in the Class AA girls’ race in 20:31. She missed a medal by 30 seconds and was the third highest freshman finisher in the race.
At the District IV meet, Yonker finished 6th (19:39.3) and was the top freshman in the Class AA field. Yonker was also the top freshman finisher at the NTL Coaches’ Invitational, coming in fifth (20:40.1).

Carys Barlett, Wellsboro Tennis, jr. - went 5-6 as the Lady Hornets’ No. 2 Singles player in her first season with the team.
Claire Dominick, North Penn-Liberty, so. - The volleyball Newcomer of the Year finished her first varsity season for the 11-8 Lady Mounties with 144 kills, 201 service points, 64 aces, 301 digs and 13 assists.
Kate Bryant, Wellsboro Soccer, fr. - The girls soccer Newcomer of the Year had a goal and 6 assists for the Lady Hornets.
Peyton Keane, Wellsboro Volleyball, fr. - played in 43 sets and had 19 kills, 16 points, 9 aces and 22 serves received for the District IV champs.
Luna Moyer, Wellsboro Soccer, fr. - scored 3 goals and had an assist for the 5-11-2 Lady Hornets.
Ady Frantz, Wellsboro Volleyball, fr. - played in 29 sets with 18 kills and 10 digs for the Lady Hornets’ D4 Championship team.
