Wilson went 5-0 on his way to the 108-pound championship, racking up a pair of falls, a tech fall and two decisions .. including a 9-3 win in the tourney final.

Luke Sottolano placed 4th at 285 pounds and went 4-2 .. including a quarterfinal win over NY State heavyweight champion Troy Beeman from Waverly. Sottolano would face Beeman again in the 3rd/4th place match and fall by sudden victory.

Ben Freeman went 4-2 in the tournament and placed 5th at 215 pounds, while Hunter Simonds went 4-2 at 116 pounds to take 7th place and Anthony Baker went 4-2 to take 7th place at 152 pounds.

The Warriors scored 107 team points and placed 9th among 38 competing teams. Chambersburg won the team title with 193 points, while Williamson’s fellow-NTL team Athens (100) was 11th, Troy (52.5) was 19th and Sayre (5.5) was 35th.

Williamson had a number of other wrestlers earn team points but fall short of the podium, including Walker Hyde at 108 pounds (3-2), Karter Osgood at 124 (0-2), Ryder Dacheux at 131 (0-2), Kohen Flynn at 138 (1-2), Lhandyn Nauman at 145 (0-2), Jacob Stone at 152 (1-2), Dean Stone at 160 (0-2), Jeremy Fuhrer at 170 (0-2), Tim Freeman at 190 (2-2) and Harlow Little at 190 (1-2).
