NTL GIRLS BASKETBALL: NORTH PENN-LIBERTY DOMINANT IN 43-9 WIN OVER SAYRE (2025-01-15)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportSAYRE — North Penn-Liberty allowed a high quarter of 4 points to Sayre and rolled to a 43-9 win over the host Lady Redskins in an NTL small school girls basketball match-up here Wednesday.
The Lady Mounties took leads of 11-2 after a quarter, 22-6 at halftime and 36-6 after holding Sayre scoreless in the third quarter.
Haley Litzelman scored 19 points for Liberty while Kaylee Graham had 16 points and Kendall Graham had 8 points.
NPL (5-6) is scheduled to return to play on Friday at home against Cowanesque Valley.
