NTL GIRLS BASKETBALL: LADY MOUNTIES FALL TO WARRIORS (2025-02-07)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportLIBERTY — The Lady Mounties struggled to score .. being held to single digits in three of four quarters .. and lost to the visiting Canton Lady Warriors 49-30 in NTL Small School girls basketball action Friday.
Liberty fell behind 10-7 after one quarter and were down 26-12 at the break. A 16-10 Canton third quarter and an 8-7 Liberty fourth provided the final.
Kendall Graham led NPL with 14 points, 3 rebounds and 2 steals while Kaylee Graham had 8 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals, Olivia Smith had 3 points and 4 rebounds, Ciara Kieser and Eden Forgeng each had 2 points and 2 rebounds and Jaci Fairchild had 1 point and 2 steals.
The Mounties (8-13) are scheduled to finish up their regular season on Tuesday when they host Sayre (2-17).
