The Indians pounded out 11 base hits in the game and drew 10 walks, including three straight to start the game when Danny Smith, Ayres Morgan and Lucas Hamilton loaded the bases on walks.

Logan Stickler cleared the bases with a single and eventually stole home and Levi Stahli drew a walk and courtesy runner Cam Stahli would score on a sacrifice groundout off the bat of Dave Hess to give CV a 5-0 lead.

Stickler finished with four base hits, including a triple, and had four RBI, three stolen bases and two runs scored. 

Hess and Smith each had two base hits with a triple apiece and Hess had an RBI and a run scored while Smith scored four runs. 

Gavin Churchill and Levi Stahli each had a base hit and an RBI, Morgan had a hit and a run scored, Hamilton had an RBI and scored once, Cam Stahli scored and had two stolen bases and Logan Huntington scored two runs.

Morgan earned the win for CV, going four innings and allowing one earned run on four hits and two walks with six strikeouts. Levi Stahli threw three innings and gave up three runs (0 earned) on two hits with two walks and three K’s.

The Indians (2-0) are next scheduled to host Williamson, on Wednesday.
