HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL: WELLSBORO COMPLETES SEASON SWEEP OF COUDERSPORT (2025-09-30)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportCOUDERSPORT — The Wellsboro volleyball team traveled to Coudersport Tuesday and swept the Lady Falcons 3-0 for the second time in three days.
After Saturday’s 3-0 win at home, the Lady Hornets went on the road and won the first three sets, 25-21, 25-23 and 25-16.
Peyton Keane had 12 service points with five aces and seven kills for Wellsboro. Ady Frantz had five kills, five points and three aces, Blake Eckart had eight points and four digs, Taylor Main had 13 assists, Ellie Largey had seven assists and six points with three aces and Kendall Sweet had three kills and a block.
Wellsboro (12-2) is at Athens on Thursday. The Lady Hornets beat the Wildcats 3-1 in their previous match.
