NTL BOYS SOCCER: MOUNTIES EDGE TROY 1-0 (2025-10-01)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportLIBERTY — The Mounties used a Parker Jackson goal and keeper Deakon Valentine’s clean sheet to earn a 1-0 win over Troy in an NTL boys’ soccer match-up here Wednesday.
Jackson scored the eventual game-winner, unassisted, at the 26:43 mark of the second half.
North Penn-Liberty out shot Troy 16-9 as Valentine recorded nine saves for the shutout win.
The Mounties even their season record at 7-7-1 with the win. They’re scheduled to host Northern Potter on Thursday.
