NTL BOYS SOCCER: WILLIAMSON TAKES DOWN TROJANS, 4-1 (2025-10-07)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportEAST TROY — Williamson allowed a Troy goal just nine minutes into the match here Tuesday but scored four unanswered goals to earn a 4-1 win over the host Trojans.
Williamson’s Shae Davis tied the game at 1-all before the halftime break and Benjamin Bower, Hayden Plunkert and Reed Vargeson each scored second half goals for the Warriors.
Brady Colwell had two assists while Plunkert and Liam Kies had one each.
Williamson had a 14-4 advantage in shots-on-goal and an 11-2 edge in corner kicks. Keeper Luca Adriance had one save in net for the Warriors while Braydin Baker had two.
The Warriors improve to 10-5 on the season with the win. They’re scheduled to return to play on Thursday at Wellsboro.
