COLLEGE CROSS COUNTRY: NORTHERN TIOGA'S MIZDAIL CONTRIBUTING AT LOCK HAVEN (2025-10-27)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportLOCK HAVEN — Former Williamson/Cowanesque Valley standout runner Kristian Mizdail has been a contributing scorer in his sophomore season on the Lock Haven mens’ cross country team, recently helping the Bald Eagles to a fifth place finish at the PSAC Championships.
In the Bald Eagles’ season-opening race, the Dolan Duals against D1 Penn State, Mizdail finished 5th for LHU and 18th overall in 19:14.2, and at the Br. John "Paddy" Doyle Meet of Champions, hosted by Iona, Mizdail finished the 5000m race as the 4th LHU runner across, in 27:41.3.
Most recently, Lock Haven finished fifth of 15 teams at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships, where Mizdail finished just outside of the top-30 with a time of 26:16.1, coming in 31st.
The Bald Eagles will host the Go Fast River Run on Saturday, November 1st, before hosting the NCAA DII Atlantic Region Championships on Saturday, November 8th. Both events will be held at the West Branch Cross Country Course.
