COLLEGE MENS SOCCER: SOUTHERN TIOGA'S WILCOX NAMED 'PLAYER OF THE WEEK' FOR PS-SCHUYLKILL (2025-10-27)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportSCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. — Former Southern Tioga student athlete Zack Wilcox, a 2nd Year midfielder for the Penn State Schuylkill mens’ soccer team, was recently named the USCAA and PSUAC Player of the Week.
According to the
PSUAC website, “Wilcox scored four goals and had one assist during Penn State Schuylkill's win over Penn State Hazleton. Despite losing to Bucks County Community College, he was a bright spot for Schuylkill, scoring the only goal for the team. Wilcox has 26 points this season after accumulating 11 points this past week.”
With 11 goals, four assists and 26 points on the season, Wilcox is 7th for points and goals in the USCAA, is 3rd for both in the PSAUC and 7th in assists.
Penn State Schuylkill (3-11) enters the PSUAC playoffs on Wednesday against Penn State Lehigh Valley.
