COLLEGE XC: SOUTHERN TIOGA'S NOAH SHEDDEN LEADING MU THROUGH '25 SEASON (2025-10-30)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportMANSFIELD — Former North Penn-Liberty/North Penn-Mansfield athlete Noah Shedden has been leading the Mansfield University mens’ cross country team throughout his senior season.
The Mountaineers opened the season at the Doug Watts Open hosted by Edinboro, where Shedden was the first Mountie across, in 19:56.70, good for 10th place overall.
Mansfield then took second place as a team at the Behrend Twilight Meet, hosted by Penn State Behrend, on Friday Sept. 12. Shedden lead the way, finishing in second in the eight kilometer race with a time of 27:44.2.
Most recently, at the 8k Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) cross country championships, Shedden posted a 33rd place as the leading Mountie with a time of 26:21.80.
Mansfield finishes their 2025 campaign at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships on Saturday (Nov. 8), at the West Branch cross country course at Lock Haven.
