HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS BASKETBALL: WILLIAMSON FALLS TO AUSTIN IN GALETON TOURNEY FINAL (December 6, 2025)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportGALETON — Williamson struggled in their Galeton Girls’ Basketball Tourney final against Austin Saturday, falling 43-17 to finish in second place.
Austin took leads of 9-5 after one quarter of play, 22-8 at the break and 31-15 after the third frame on their way to the tourney title.
Aubrey Wells led Williamson with seven points while Bailey Snyder had six and Olivia Nolan and Kenna Thomas added two points each.
The Lady Warriors (1-1) return to action Wednesday when they host Athens.
