Sophomore Maddy McNamara helped the Lady Tigers to a 3-1 week .. with 10 points, eight rebounds, five assists and three steals in a 45-35 win over Central Mt., 12 points, three assists and four boards in a 43-41 win over Towanda, 12 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals in a loss to Troy and 15 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in Mansfield’s 46-35 win over Addison.

Senior Hayden Stevens went 7-0 during the week for the Hornets, recording a pin at 215 pounds over Troy’s Kael Millard in Wellsboro’s dual meet loss to the Trojans and then going 6-0 with four falls, a tech fall and a forfeit win at the Battle On The Border dual meet tournament in Williamson.

Senior Evan McTish led the Mounties to a 3-0 week .. scoring 25 points with eight rebounds and six steals in a win over Sayre, recording a double-double of 26 points and 14 boards in the Mounties’ win over CV and collecting another double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds in NPL’s second win over the Indians in a week.
