Northern Tier West Sports ReportLIBERTY — The Mounties rolled to a 67-25 win over Sayre in NTL small school boys’ basketball action here Friday night.
Liberty took leads of 20-7 after the first quarter, 39-10 at the break and 61-21 after three quarters of play.
Evan McTish had a double-double of 17 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Mounties while Conner Lewis also had a double-double, with 11 points and 13 boards and added six assists.
Brody Grinnell scored 11 points, Luke Kreger had 10, Sudan Benner had eight points, Kayden Mowery had four points and Silas Boiywo, Landon Mattern and Ayden Phommavong each had two points.
North Penn-Liberty returns to play on Monday with a trip to non-league South Williamsport.
