Northern Tier West Sports ReportCANTON — North Penn-Liberty lost their sixth straight game here Thursday .. and their fourth of the season to Canton .. as the host Warriors topped the Lady Mounties, 54-27.
Haley Litzelman hit a pair of first quarter threes but Canton took an 11-6 lead into the second quarter, then bumped their lead to 21-13 at the half.
A 17-9 Canton third led to a 16-5 fourth for the Warriors and provided the 54-27 final.
Litzelman led North Penn-Liberty with a double-double of 13 points and 20 rebounds, while Kendall Graham scored eight points, Scarlett Graham had four and Serena Boiywo had two points.
The Lady Mounties (7-12) return to play on Saturday when they host Cowanesque Valley.
