VARSITY BASEBALL: COWANESQUE VALLEY EARNS NON-LEAGUE 'W' OVER OSWAYO VALLEY (March 25, 2026)Northern Tier West Sports ReportWESTFIELD — Three Cowanesque Valley pitchers combined to one-hit Oswayo Valley as the Indians earned a 7-1 non-league win here Wednesday.
Levi Stahli (1 BB, 5 K) pitched three innings, Lucas Hamilton (1 H, 1 R, 1 BB, 3 K) went two and Hunter Simonds (2 BB, 4 K) threw the final two innings for the Indians.
CV collected six base hits and scored four runs in the first inning, two in the second and one in the fifth.
Dave Hess (2 R), Hamilton (2 R), Levi Stahli (1 RBI, 1 R), Gavin Churchill (1 R), Drayden McGee (2 RBI, 1 R) and Isaiah Mummert each had a base hit while Brody Bruce and Cam Stahli each had an RBI.
Cowanesque Valley (3-0) is scheduled to host Coudersport on Saturday.
