NTL TRACK & FIELD: WILLIAMSON LADY WARRIORS SWEEP CANTON QUAD MEET, BOYS GO 2-1 (April 14, 2026)

CANTON — The Williamson girls’ Track & Field team swept a quad meet in Canton with North Penn-Mansfield and NEB while the boys went 2-1.

The Lady Warrior scored 99.5 points to beat NPM (74), Canton (61.5) and NEB (25).

Madalynn Bailey won the 400m (1:01.70), the 800m (2:31.00) and the long jump (16-8.25), Lainey Hackett won the 3200m (12:51.80), Elizabeth O’Neil won the 100m hurdles (17.24), Raegan VanGorden won the high jump (5-00) and the girls’ 4x400m relay placed 1st (4:31.20).

In the 100m dash, O’Neil was 2nd (13.94) and Ady Lanzo was 4th (14.24), Lanzo was 3rd in the 400m (1:12.00) and Kenedy VanGorden was 5th (1:13.90), Hackett was 3rd in the 800m (2:39.60) and Maddison Fay was 4th (2:44.00), Hackett was 2nd in the 1600m (5:43.40) and Natalie Yonker was 4th (5:54.80), O’Neil was 2nd in the 300m hurdles (53.00) and Anna Lee was 5th (57.00) and Yonker was 5th in the 3200m (13:48.60). 

Sayde Loucks was 2nd in the javelin (80-2), the discus (99-1) and the shot put (30-5). Lee was 2nd in the long jump (15-7.25) and the triple jump (32-9.25), Nicole Daugherty was 4th in the triple jump (26-0) and the high jump (4-2) and Makayla Anderson was 4th in the discus (82-1) and 5th in the shot put (24-6).

On the boys’ side, Williamson scored 59 points, behind NPM (116) and ahead of Canton (43) and NEB (42).

Joshua Teague won the 100m dash (11.74), Hayden Plunkert won the 200m (24.34), Gabriel Crance won the 3200m (11:01.00) and Ben Bower won the 300m hurdles (46.40).

In the 100m, Jeavon Eick was 3rd (11.94), Teague was 2nd in the 400m (55.04) and Nathaniel Wood was 5th (59.64). Crance was 4th in the 1600m (5:09) and Elias Rowan was 3rd in the 110m hurdles (20.50) and 5th in the 300m hurdles (51.80).

In the high jump, AJ Hargarther was 3rd (5-10) and Ben Bower was 4th (5-6), Jeremy Fuhrer was 3rd in the shot put (36-2) and 4th in the discus (99-2.50), Kayden Moon was 3rd in the javelin (111-2) and Dominick Koehler was 4th (109-4).
