2025-'26 ALL-TIOGA COUNTY GIRLS BASKETBALL (April 15, 2026)

TIOGA COUNTY — The NTWSR All-Tioga County Girls’ Basketball Team features former Newcomer of the Year as a freshman, four-time first-teamer and now two-time Player of the Year, North Penn-Liberty senior Haley Litzelman.

Litzelman scored in double figures in all but one game for the Lady Mounties, had 30+ four times and averaged 22.4 points per game, finishing her career with a school record 1,400 points. With 18 scoring/rebounding double-doubles, a rebounding/assist double-double and a triple-double, Litzelman averaged 13.2 rebounds per game .. finishing her career with 979 .. and added 4.5 assists, 3.7 steals and 2.6 blocks per outing. 

Litzelman is joined on the All-Tioga County first team by North Penn-Mansfield duo Kameron Lightner and Maddie McNamara, NPL teammate Kendall Graham and Williamson’s Kenna Thomas. 

Senior Kam Lightner averaged a double-double of 15.4 rebounds and 12.6 points per game for the 11-12 Lady Tigers. The All-Tioga County Defensive Player of the Year added 2.8 steals and a blocked shot per game.

Sophomore Maddie McNamara scored 11.3 points per game and added 3.1 assists, 3.3 steals and 5.2 rebounds per game. 

Junior Kendall Graham scored 8.6 points per game for North Penn-Liberty and added 3 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.7 steals per outing. 

Senior Kenna Thomas scored 7.8 points per game for the 8-14 Williamson Lady Warriors, adding 9 rebounds, 4 blocks and 1.6 steals per game.
