Williamson took an early lead, scoring two runs in the first inning, before Towanda cut it in half with a run in the bottom half. 

Towanda tied it up in the bottom of the fourth, Williamson went back up, 3-2, in the top of the fifth and the Black Knights again drew even, adding a run in the bottom of the fifth. After a scoreless sixth for the Warriors, Towanda rallied for a seven run bottom half and Williamson plated their final run in their last at-bat to provide the final.

The Warriors had six base hits in the loss .. two by Xander Stafford and one each by Kohen VanDelinder, Spencer VanDelinder, Harlow Little and Ayden Silvernail. 

Williamson used three pitchers in the loss .. Kohen VanDelinder started and went five innings, allowing three runs (2 earned) on six hits and five walks with three strikeouts, Ayden Silvernail was tagged with the loss after pitching two-thirds of an inning and giving up seven runs (1 earned) on three base hits with one K and Spencer VanDelinder recorded an out.

Williamson (2-11) is scheduled to return to action Monday at Canton.
