The CV softball team had a busy week, playing four games and going 2-2, with sophomore Lilah LaBarron being heavily involved in each. LaBarron hit .643 (9-14) on the week with five RBI and five runs scored .. 2-3, rbi, 2 runs in 25-0 win over Coudersport, 4-4, 3 rbi, 2 runs in 12-2 win over Sayre, 1-4, run scored in 2-1 loss to Athens, 2-3, rbi in 7-5 loss to NPL. Also pitched 20 and a third innings with 24 strikeouts, going 2-2 on the week. 

Wellsboro sophomore Griffin Morral helped the Hornets to a 3-0 week by batting .556 with four RBI and seven runs scored .. 3-5 (dbl), 4 RBI, 1 run scored in 18-0 win over Wyalusing, 1-2, 2 BB, 4 runs scored in 20-5 win over Canton, 1-2 2 runs scored in 4-3 win over South Williamsport.
