Wellsboro beat Wyalusing 18-0 in five innings a week and a half ago and Friday the Hornets scored four first inning runs and 13 in the second to end the game in the third.

Marek Mascho had three base hits in the win, with a double, four RBI and three runs scored. 

Coen Tennis (3 rbi, 2 runs), Cameron Owlett (1 rbi, 2 runs), Gage Baltzley (3 rbi, 1 run), Kody Enck (2 rbi) and Reed Richardson (1 rbi, 1 run) each had a base hit, Gabe Cuneo had an RBI and scored three runs, Max Mascho scored three runs and Griffin Morral scored twice.

Syler Pietrzyk started on the mound and went two innings, allowing two earned runs on two Wyalusing hits and a walk with one strikeout. Max Mascho pitched the final inning, giving up a hit and striking out three.

Wellsboro (14-2) is scheduled to play at Williamson on Sunday at 2 p.m.
