NTL TRACK & FIELD: WILLIAMSON 2026 SEASON RECAP (June 3, 2026)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA JUNCTION — The Williamson Track & Field teams won three NTL event titles and earned five District IV medals among their girls’ and boys’ teams while sending four Lady Warriors to the 2026 PIAA Championships.
Maddie Bailey paced Williamson’s girls all season and lead the Lady Warriors to a 4th place finish at the NTL coaches’ invite, taking 1st place in the long jump, 2nd in the 800m run and joining with teammates Natalie Yonker, Madison Fay and Lainey Hackett to win the 4x800m relay title.
Bailey followed up NTL’s with an impressive performance at the District IV Championships, placing 2nd in the long jump, 3rd in the 800 and 4th with Hackett, Fay and Yonker in the two-mile relay while qualifying for the State Championships in all three events. The foursome finished 22nd at States while Bailey was 16th in the 800m and 28th in the long jump.
Raegan VanGorden had Williamson’s remaining NTL title, winning the high jump, and then collected the Warriors’ fourth District medal, taking 3rd.
Troy Madison took 4th place in the pole vault at the NTL meet and won the boys’ lone medal by also taking 4th at Districts.
Along with their 4x800m title, Hackett placed 3rd in the 800 at the NTL meet, 5th in the 3200 and 7th in the 1600, Fay was 8th in both the 800 and the 1600 and Yonker was 7th in the 3200. At Districts, Hackett finished 10th in the 1600 and 11th in the 800 while Fay was 13th in the 800.
Sayde Loucks earned 4th and 8th place finishes in the discus and shot at NTL’s and 16th in the shot put at Districts, Elizabeth O’Neil placed 4th and 5th in the 100m and 300m hurdles at the league meet and 19th in the 300 at Districts, Anna Lee placed 4th at NTL’s in the triple jump and 16th at Districts while Addy Lanzo rounded out the Lady Warriors’ place-winners at NTL’s with a 7th place finish in the javelin.
For the boys, Joshua Teague placed 5th in the 400 and 6th in both the 100m and 200m dashes at the league meet to help Williamson to 8th place, then finished 16th in the 400 and 22nd in the 100 at Districts.
AJ Hargarther placed 4th in the high jump and 7th in the triple jump at the league invite and 13th at Districts in the high jump, Jeavon Eick was 17th in the 400 at Districts, Hayden Plunkert was 4th and 7th in the 100 and 200 at NTL’s and Ben Bower was 6th in the 300m hurdles at the league championships.
