Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY — Wellsboro went unbeaten in the league to win the NTL title and the Hornets dominate our All-Tioga County Boys Tennis ‘Super 7’ list, led by All-Tioga County 'Co-Players of the Year', senior Luke Rothermel and junior Mason Brill.
