2026 ALL-TIOGA COUNTY SOFTBALL (June 25, 2026)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY — The NTWSR 2026 All-Tioga County Softball Team is led by North Penn-Liberty senior Haley Litzelman as the ‘Player of the Year’.
Litzelman led the Lady Mounties (14-5) with a .518 batting average and collected 29 base hits, including 11 for extra bases (3 HR, 3-3b, 5-2b). The Bucknell-commit added 23 RBI, 17 runs scored, nine stolen bases and a .562 on-base-percentage. Litzelman also went 1-0 from the circle for NPL, throwing 11 innings without allowing an earned run and striking out 17.
North Penn-Liberty senior Elyna Booth is the All-Tioga County ‘Pitcher of the Year’ after going 12-4 for the Mounties, throwing 106 2/3 innings with a 1.38 ERA and 169 strikeouts. The East Stroudsburg-commit also hit .298 for NPL with 14 base hits and a .450 OBP while adding eight RBI and four runs scored.
Cowanesque Valley sophomore Lilah LaBarron and senior Zeraya Wilson are the All-Tioga County ‘Co-Offensive Players of the Year’.
LaBarron hit .500 with 34 base hits (2 HR, 3-3b, 4-2b), 29 RBI, 14 stolen bases, 19 runs scored and a .507 OBP. As the Lady Indians’ ace, LaBarron threw 86 1/3 innings and went 5-6 with a 3.00 ERA with 93 strikeouts.
Wilson batted .492 and had a .577 OBP, collecting 32 base hits (1 HR, 1-3b, 7-2b), 34 runs scored, 19 RBI and 13 stolen bases.
The All-Tioga County ‘Defensive Player of the Year’ is Williamson junior catcher Lexi Smalley, who committed zero errors on the season and threw out 12 of 19 attempted base stealers. At the plate, Smalley hit .404 and had a .547 OBP with 21 base hits (1 HR, 9-2b), 20 runs scored and 14 RBI.
The All-Tioga County ‘Co-Rookies of the Year’ are freshmen Julia Kaczynski from North Penn-Liberty and Wellsboro’s Haylie Smith.
Kaczyński hit .446 with 25 base hits (9-2b), 20 runs scored, nine RBI, eight stolen bases and a .523 OBP.
Smith batted .328 with 20 base hits (3-3b, 3-2b), 27 runs scored, seven RBI, nine stolen bases and a .432 OBP.
