NTL GOLF: CV INDIANS COMPETE AT SELINSGROVE INVITATIONAL (August 21, 2026)

HUMMELS WHARF, PA — The Cowanesque Valley golf team competed in the Selinsgrove Invitational at Susquehanna Valley Country Club on Friday and finished 6th out of the 19 entered squads.

Danny Smith used an eagle and 11 pars to shoot a 34 on the front nine and a 42 on the back to finish with a 76 on the par-70 course. 

Grant Hills (44, 45) and Ashtyn Burdick (43, 46) each shot an 89, Luke Hamilton (51, 47) had a 98 and Brent Watkins (55, 50) shot a 105. 

Katie Huzey competed in the girls’ tourney and shot a pair of 54s for a 108, good for 12th place.
