NTL VOLLEYBALL: WILLIAMSON TAKES 3-1 WIN OVER CANTON (September 1, 2026)

TIOGA JUNCTION — Williamson ran their season and small school record to 2-0 with a 3-1 win over Canton in NTL volleyball action Tuesday.

The host Lady Warriors won the first two sets 25-20 and 25-17 before Canton took the third set 25-23. Williamson sealed the win with a 25-16 fourth set win.

Olivia Nolan had 15 kills, seven digs and 14 service points with five aces to lead Williamson to the win, while Laine LaPointe had 31 assists, six points and four digs and Dana LaPointe had 17 points, seven kills and three digs.

Aubrey Wells had nine kills, a block and five points, Olivia Gee had eight points and seven digs and Bailey Snyder had 10 digs and three points.

With early season wins over CV and Canton, Williamson (2-0) will take a break from league play and travel to Montoursville on Thursday.
