HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL: WILLIAMSON EARNS NON-LEAGUE WIN OVER MONTOURSVILLE (September 3, 2026)

MONTOURSVILLE — Williamson rallied to take three straight sets after dropping the first to Montoursville and earned a 3-1 non-league win over the host Warriors here Thursday.

Montoursville won the first set 25-23 before Williamson won the next three .. 25-14, 25-14 and 25-19.

Laine LaPointe finished with 18 assists, seven digs and 14 service points with four aces while Olivia Nolan had 14 digs, eight kills and 13 points with six aces. 

Bailey Snyder had 16 digs, nine points and four aces, Dana LaPointe had nine kills, eight digs and three points, Olivia Gee had 16 points with three aces and four digs, Aubrey Wells had seven points, two kills, two assists and two digs and Madeline Knapp had 16 digs.

Williamson (3-0) is scheduled to host North Penn-Liberty on Tuesday.
