HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING: NP-LIBERTY HAS STRONG SHOWING AT MATNESS AT THE MACC (2022-01-15)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportMONTGOMERY — North Penn-Liberty took six wrestlers to compete at the Matness at the MACC Tournament on Saturday and came away with a fifth-place finish, as five of their six wrestlers picked up multiple wins on the day.
Kohen Lehman went a perfect 4-0 at 172 pounds, while George Valentine recorded four straight falls after dropping his first match, to finish 4-1 at 215 pounds.
Brayden Pequignot went 3-2 at 106 pounds, while Gaven Sexauer (189) and Trinity Robinson (126) each went 2-2 and Cale Wagner went 1-4 at 120 pounds.
