Tyler Melko added to his already-impressive start to the season, homering twice for the Mounties in the nightcap of their doubleheader with East Stroudsburg Monday.
Melko homered in his first two at-bats of the second game, giving the Mounties an early lead. East Stroudsburg used a five-run fifth inning to pull out the win.
In the opener, a 19-6 ESU win, Melko had a hit, two RBI and a run scored.
Melko has started at first base in every game for Mansfield this season. He leads his team in numerous offensive categories, including:

Runs Batted In - 10
Total Bases - 21
The senior has also drawn five walks, has scored six runs and is batting .282 for the Mounties, who stand at 2-10 after dropping both games against ESU.
Mansfield will return to action next Friday when they travel to Kutztown for a doubleheader, then return to Shaute Field on Saturday for another twin bill with the Golden Bears.
